I have set forth this story of myself, which is also your own story, except for personal recollections which will vary in your case, at the request of my brothers – hoping that it will give you courage to live out your true self as you really are.
In every instance when I use the term “we” I speak for all those of our Order which is very active in this solar system at this present time.
Before the great spiritual “Flood” I belonged to the “class” of beings which were then known as “the Sons of God”, or “Sons of Righteousness”, and it is from this term which recorders have developed the word “Melchisedek”. This pre-flood period represents mankind before he descended to the “plains”, or dense light energy called matter, from the “Holy Mountain” or Garden of Eden. In your Holy Bible we are referred to as the Sons of Seth – being conscious Sons of God. Mankind, in general, then became known as the Sons of Cain. I say mankind in general because all did not choose to take this step. It became necessary at this point for those remaining in their pure state to maintain a bridge between the dimmed consciousness of those who became humans and man’s original divine conscious state. It is now that those remaining class of beings have become known in the western hemisphere as the Order of Melchisedek.
At times it became extremely difficult to keep the linking bridge open over what is sometimes called the “abyss”. This is the sharp division which has been built up through a long period of “materialism” or activity wherein mankind has come to almost completely lose memory of his original state and has got himself lost in an amazing array of illusions. In this situation it became necessary for some of us to become as humans at regular intervals so that we could help man to find his way back to Reality. The mythology in human history refers to these beings as the “gods” – and rightly so because they were able to give ample proof of the divine nature of man. So, too, the “great religious teachers” are no more than some of our Order who came through the normal process of being born as humans to keep the door of man’s consciousness open. The terms “the bridge” and “the door” now mean the same thing. Men who manage to keep conscious of their rightful status through self-discipline can become aware of us and can receive visits from us – making it easier and unnecessary for us to present a “physical body”. In this state we are referred to as “angels” or “messengers of God”.
I, Elade, am one of those who have taken a physical form during this period for a specific work in hand and have the task of making the work of our Order known to the public. My other brothers prefer to remain incognito at the present time.
You perhaps think that it is strange that we have decided not to work through already established religions and societies. We feel that we can work much more freely through channels devised by ourselves than to plough through the endless “red-tape” of human origin. The matter of great importance is that Elade is the embodiment of a vast store of “spiritual” knowledge and therefore is in position to teach with authority. Whatever label you want to attach to a being of this nature remains for you to prove it for yourself.
I have appeared as a human several times and helped to set up certain institutions which have served as channels for humans to become conscious of their sleeping inherent Godhead. Such institutions have appeared in the forms of religion, philosophic groups, Masonic orders, magical orders – even down to simple discussion groups. Thus, Elade contains all conscious knowledge related to the above in his person at this present time, and remains in contact with the true Order on what is called, by humans, the “inner plane” and it is because of this fact that, as we have mentioned before, our Order remains hidden from the physical senses and no contact can be made by psychic mediums or by magical ritual because Its very nature makes It inaccessible by any such attempts.
An interesting point is that there are no actual beings with the names attached to them by humans but we still use them for the purpose of identification. Such names as Melchisedek, Enoch, Noah and Moses etc, are mythical in themselves. However, there are greater beings to whom, even we from your standpoint, owe allegiance.
