George Boyer
1921-2008
George held many different titles over the years:
Bishop, Archbishop, Count, Abbot
and he also wrote under the
name of Elade
(his more celestial or spiritual pen name).
He tried to work outside any formal organisational structure (which to him stunted real spiritual flow because of inevitable “crystalisation”) but found this was not possible in those times, and he reluctantly moved into church and esoteric organisations, rising to unsought
prominence in them all.
George was also linked in a very direct manner, to the Order of Melchisedek – not in any mundane or earthly organisational sense but in its spiritual nature.
His wife worked in close partnership with him, and continued her own teaching until her passing in 2015.
His writing and teaching is profound, sometimes shocking, always loving
The message of his teaching is critical today; that we are not alone in a vast meaningless universe, help is always at hand, and that we are all (without exception) inheritors of a much deeper life if we did but claim it and live in such a way as to bring it forth from the centre of our being, and out into the world.
